Next SRSAN Meeting
The next SRSAN meeting will be Wednesday, September 14, 2016 from 10:30 to 3:00. It will be at the Heritage Inn (1217 - 2 Street West) in Brooks. Bring $5 for lunch. Please let Anna Olson know if you are coming by September 8. She can book a hotel room for you if you are coming from far away. SRSAN Conference
The next SRSAN conference will be May 28 - 29, 2015 at the Medicine Hat Lodge. The theme is "Humor Me: Dealing with everyday life."




Membership renewals are due in September! Keep an eye out for your mail to find the new membership form!

Awards
Do you know a self-advocate who is a leader? Make sure to nominate them for the Clarence Marsh Memorial Award by November 15! Call the SAIPA office if you have any questions 403-320-1515.

SRSAN Car Wash - July 11, 2014
SRSAN held a Car Wash at Gas King in Lethbridge on July 11. The money we make goes towards the 2015 South region Self-Advocacy Conference.
Citizen Walkabout

The Citizen Walkabout was held May 23 from City Hall to Galt Gardens. There were speeches and aboriginal dancers. SRSAN partnered with several organizations this year including an ethnic association and an inclusion group.
